Partner Portal Guide¶
Full reference for the PartnerSignals partner portal at eco.partnersignals.ai.
Navigation¶
The portal has five primary sections accessible from the left sidebar:
| Section | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Signal Feed | Real-time stream of co-sell signals and ecosystem activity |
| Partners | Your partner roster — tiers, contacts, performance |
| Deals | Open opportunities with active partner involvement |
| Attribution | Revenue attribution records and reporting |
| Settings | Integrations, routing, team management |
Signal Feed¶
The Signal Feed is your primary working view. It shows all active signals, filterable by:
- Type — Co-Sell, Overlap, Pre-Intent
- Partner — filter to a specific partner or partner type
- Account / Opportunity — filter to a specific customer
- State — New, In Progress, Handled, Expired
- Date Range — signals fired within a given window
Bulk actions: select multiple signals to mark all Handled, reassign to a team member, or export to CSV.
Partners¶
Partner Roster¶
The Partners section shows all partners connected to your ecosystem, with:
- Partner name and type (Solution Provider, Technology Partner, Hyperscaler, GSI)
- Tier (based on contribution scoring)
- Active signal count
- Attributed revenue (trailing 12 months)
- Primary contact and account team owner
Click any partner row to open their Partner Detail page.
Partner Detail Page¶
The Partner Detail page shows the full history for a single partner:
- Overview — tier, contact info, co-sell density score
- Signal History — all signals fired for this partner (all time)
- Deal Involvement — open and closed opportunities where this partner was active
- Attribution History — all attribution records (closed deals)
- Documents — partner agreements, co-sell playbooks, shared decks (file upload)
Deals¶
The Deals section shows all open CRM opportunities where PartnerSignals has detected partner activity. For each deal you'll see:
- Deal name, stage, and value (synced from CRM)
- Partner(s) with active signals on this deal
- Signal type and recency
- Attribution estimate (if deal closed now)
- Recommended action
Filtering: filter by deal stage, partner, signal type, or deal value range.
Attribution¶
See Attribution Setup for configuration. The Attribution section of the portal shows:
- Records — individual attribution records (one per closed deal with partner involvement)
- Reports — Partner Revenue, Co-Sell Pipeline, QBR
- Disputes — open and resolved dispute cases
Exporting: all attribution data exports to CSV or PDF. QBR reports export to a pre-formatted slide template (PowerPoint or Google Slides).
