Quickstart¶
Get PartnerSignals running in your environment in under 30 minutes.
Prerequisites¶
- A PartnerSignals account (contact your account team to provision)
- Admin access to your CRM (Salesforce or HubSpot)
- Slack workspace admin access (optional, for signal notifications)
Step 1 — Log In to the Partner Portal¶
Navigate to eco.partnersignals.ai and sign in with your company SSO or email/password. Your account team will have provisioned your organization during onboarding.
Once logged in, you'll land on your Signal Feed — this is where partner co-sell signals appear as they're detected.
Step 2 — Connect Your CRM¶
Go to Settings → Integrations and select your CRM.
- Click Connect Salesforce
- Authorize the OAuth connection with an admin account
- Select the objects to sync: Accounts, Opportunities, Contacts
- Set your sync scope (all records vs. open opportunities only)
- Click Save — initial sync runs immediately (5–15 min depending on record count)
Beta
HubSpot integration is currently in beta. Contact your account team to enable it.
- Click Connect HubSpot
- Authorize the OAuth connection
- Select deal pipeline(s) to sync
- Click Save
Step 3 — Configure Signal Routing¶
Go to Settings → Signal Routing to define how signals are delivered to your team.
- Slack: Route signals to a specific channel (e.g.
#partner-signals) — see Slack Integration - CRM Tasks: Automatically create tasks in Salesforce or HubSpot when a signal fires
- Email Digest: Daily or weekly summary to named recipients
Step 4 — Set Up Attribution¶
Go to Settings → Attribution and configure your attribution model:
- Select your attribution tier (Influenced, Co-Sell, Sourced)
- Define your lookback window (default: 90 days)
- Map partner types to attribution weights
See Attribution Setup for the full configuration guide.
Step 5 — Receive Your First Signal¶
Once your CRM is connected and signal routing is configured, PartnerSignals will begin monitoring for co-sell activity. Signals typically appear within 24 hours of the first sync completing.
Your signal feed will show:
- Which partner touched the opportunity
- Signal type (co-sell intro, overlap detected, pre-intent indicator)
- Recommended next action
- Attribution impact estimate
See Your First Signal for a full walkthrough of what each signal means and how to act on it.
